OAK LEAF AND ACORN SHAWL
Error from first edition of pattern. On page 5, under the Oak Leaf and Acorn Lace heading, Row 2 should begin with “Sl 1 wyif, k19” rather than “Sl 1 wyif, k20”.
The stitch count at the end of the Oak Leaf and Acorn Lace section should be 199 sts. Following this, MC Section 2 should read:
”Row 1) Sl 1 wyif, kfb, k49, k2tog, k21, k2tog, k25, k2tog, k21, k2tog, k25, k2tog, k21, k2tog, k to end.
Row 2) Sl 1 wyif, k to end. 194 sts
Row 3) Sl 1 wyif, kfb, k to end.
Row 4) Sl 1 wyif, k to end.“
In the Oak Leaf Cluster Mosaic Chart (Written and Charted version), Row 6 should read: “With CC1, k14, (sl 1 wyif) 3 times, k7, (sl 1 wyif) 3 times, (k1, sl 1 wyif) 3 times, k1, (sl 1 wyif) 3 times, k3, (sl 1 wyif) 3 times, k14.”
In the Acorn Mosaic Chart, the written version is correct, but on Row 10, Column 53, a purl symbol is missing from the chart (indicating that on this WS row, the stitch should be knit, not purled).
April 29, 2021 - V1.5
In the Acorn Mosaic Chart, the stitches in Column 37 on rows 25 and 26 should read MC with the Slip stitch icon. The written form of the chart has also been updated to reflect this.
