All shipping options to Canada include a tracking number and $100 insurance.

- Expedited Parcel - should take approximately 2 - 4 business days to deliver in Western Canada and up to 8 business days to Eastern Canada
- Xpresspost - should take approximately 1 - 2 business days to deliver in Western Canada and 2 - 3 business days to Eastern Canada
- Priority Parcel - should take approximately 1 - 2 business days to deliver in Western Canada and 2 business days to Eastern Canada

To the United States of America:
All shipping options to USA include a tracking number and $100 insurance.

- First Class Package - should take approximately 3 - 7 business days. May take longer outside of contiguous United States.
- Priority Package - should take 3 - 5 business days. May take longer outside of contiguous United States

- UPS Standard - should take approximately 4 - 6 business days to arrive.
- UPS 3 day select - should take approximately 2 - 3 business days to arrive.

Free Shipping over $150 USD - will be shipped by most cost effective option available for your address and will include a tracking number.

International (Outside Canada & USA):
- Canada Post
- Small Packet International (Air) - includes no insurance or tracking number with delivery in 2 - 4 weeks.
- Tracked Packet International - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
- XPressPost International - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take 6 - 8 business days for delivery.
International customers may incur additional customs, duties and brokerage costs on importing product to your home country. Please note that clearance for international customs may add additional time to delivery estimates.
Lost Packages
If your package has failed to arrive within a reasonable number of days outside of the delivery estimates above then please do email at info@ancientartsfibre.com with your name and order number. We will be very happy to help.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange yarn must be in original condition with label intact and be scent and smoke-free. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
