Colour is a subject that can be challenging to approach when faced with the vast selections of colours available to the modern stitcher but there is help! This class will teach you all about colour and how to read the various styles of hand dyed yarn and how each behaves when knit or crocheted so you can choose the right hand-dyed skeins for your project. We will also cover how to choose colours including how to combine them with an eye to using hand dyed skeins successfully for any project. Finally, we will dive into a wee bit of colour theory in a way that will make it approachable, fun, and will give you all the tools you need to choose just the right colours of yarn, no matter what you plan to make!

Time: 1:00pm to 3:00 pm (Tuesday) or 2:00pm to 4:00 pm (Saturday) (2 hour class)

We offer a one-year return and exchange policy from the date of shipment. We know knitting and crochet projects often unfold over time, and a shorter return window doesn’t always make sense.

Returns requested within the timeframe permitted by the original payment method (typically up to 90 days, and in some cases up to 120 days) are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. After that period, and up to one year from the shipment date, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit/gift card only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, yarn must be in original condition with labels intact, and be scent- and smoke-free. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
