Therefore it is important to order sufficient yarn for your project, and if a uniform result is preferred we suggest alternating skeins. We offer a one-year return and exchange policy from the date of shipment. We know knitting and crochet projects often unfold over time, and a shorter return window doesn’t always make sense.

Returns requested within the timeframe permitted by the original payment method (typically up to 90 days, and in some cases up to 120 days) are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. After that period, and up to one year from the shipment date, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit/gift card only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, yarn must be in original condition with labels intact, and be scent- and smoke-free. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that our prices for customers in the USA include tariffs which have been paid on your behalf at time of import, in the event this product is returned or exchanged any tariffs paid are not available for refund or credit towards exchange yarn.
