These top down socks feature a pretty lace pattern that is easier than it looks! The lace gives a lovely stretch, making them the perfect gift knit.
This sock was inspired by a wee kitten that I found abandoned at the end of my driveway. She was a Tortoiseshell colour, with long silky hair. She loved to lie in the sun with the wind blowing her fur backwards, rumpling it into a tangles mess! She wasn't with me long but she was a sweet and funny cat who gave a lot of love in her short life.
