Welcome to Ancient Arts Yarns

2024 Summer Shorties Sock Club

The club will run for three months - June, July, and August. You can order the sock kit (yarn and pattern) for each month individually, or you can order the Three Sock Set which will have all three kits ship together.

July's offering is the TRAVELER SOCKS by Barb Brown

July's design is called The Traveler Sock and features traveling stitches, which create a lovely textured design. When Barb was asked to create a sock design with texture, she played with stitches that would allow texture but wouldn't irritate the foot inside a shoe and found this stitch worked perfectly. The top down design was created to have enough interest for an experienced sock knitter to enjoy, but isn't beyond the skills of a less experienced knitter who wants to try the traveling stitch! Barb always loved to travel so these are the sort of sock she most enjoyed wearing as she visited far off lands and met amazing people!

Zoom meeting - Saturday July 6th 10-11 am MST. Zoom links will be emailed to you one week prior. The pattern download will be emailled to you July 5th, 2024.

We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange yarn must be in original condition with label intact and be scent and smoke-free. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
