The Aspen Woodland Vest is the perfect layer to add to your outfit in all seasons. It will bring a touch of cozy colour in the spring, drive the air-conditioning chill away on a summer day, add a finishing touch to a fall outfit, and provide an extra layer of warmth in the winter! This vest can be worn casually as a relaxed fit over a Tee, or wear it in a closer fitting size over a button-up shirt for a bit of professorial panache.
Worked in two pieces in an over textured pattern then seamed, this V-neck vest is finished with ribbing picked up and worked in the round at the armholes and collar.
Sizes
Size XS – Finished garment size at chest is 86 cm / 34" and requires 3 skeins of yarn.
Sizes S, M – Finished garment sizes at chest are 95.6, 106.5 cm / 38, 42” and require 4 skeins of yarn.
Sizes L, XL, 2X – Finished garment sizes at chest are 117, 127, 137 cm / 46, 50, 54” and require 5 skeins of yarn.
Sizes 3X, 4X, 5X – Finished garment sizes at chest are 147, 157.5, 167.5 cm / 58, 62, 66” and require 6 skeins of yarn.
The sample is shown in size Large (117 cm / 46") and is shown with approximately 20 cm / 8" of ease in the relaxed fit, and approximately 10 cm / 4" of ease over the shirt. The colour of the sample is Lavender and Lace.

Working with Hand Dyed Yarn:While we strive for consistency, due to the hand dye process variations may exist between (and with some colourways within) dye lots. Therefore it is important to order sufficient yarn for your project, and if a uniform result is preferred we suggest alternating skeins.
