Colour of the Month Theme for 2025 - Creativity

July 2025 - Prairie Thunder Storm

Our July Colour of the Month is inspired by the amazing storms that we experience on the Canadian prairies. Calgary is situated right between the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and the rolling prairies, and that means that we see some amazing weather over the prairies in Alberta! Warm chinook winds that roll off the mountains create unique cloud formations and dramatic vistas when a storm sweeps in. Sometimes these cloud formations are incredibly deeply coloured with every shade of blue and purple one can imagine, and sometimes they are more classically light coloured, but they never fail to put on a show!

Our colourway draws on the clouds, the rain, the prairie grasses, the farmer's fields, and the wildflowers hidden within them. Our complementary colours this month create a softer palette, drawing on the grasses dimmed by the storm, the wildflowers, and the skies above!

Complementary colours for this month: Old Man's Beard, Lookin' Fine in My new Blue Jeans 1 and Fern Leaf Lavender.

We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange yarn must be in original condition with label intact and be scent and smoke-free. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
