The Pelagic Shawl by Susanna IC
As seen in Interweave Knits Summer 2021 Magazine
Inspired by the rugged beauty of the northern European landscapes and Baltic Sea coast, the triangular Pelagic Shawl is worked in one piece starting at the narrowest point and growing to the opposite wide end. Cushy garter stitch stripes are framed by a textured slip stitch colourwork pattern along two edges.
The shawl uses 200g of one Main Colour MC), and 100g each of a 5 colour gradient for the contrast colours (A,B,C,D,E)
Colour Combination: Anjou (MC), City Girl Chic 5 (black, A), City Girl Chic 2 (light gray, B) City Girl Chic 1 (white, C), City Girl Chic 4 (dark gray, D) and City Girl Chic 3 (medium gray, E).
Please note that the pattern is not included in this, but can be found in the Interweave Knits Summer 2021 magazine.

Dyed-to-Order: Please note that with dyed-to-order yarns you will need to allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for us to dye and ship your yarn. In addition, while we strive for consistency, due to the hand dye process variations may exist between (and with some colourways within) dye lots. Therefore it is important to order sufficient yarn for your project, and if a uniform result is preferred we suggest alternating skeins. We hope that you will value and appreciate the beautiful and unique creations of the hand dye process and are always happy to assist you in working with hand dyed yarns!
