Shipping Options

All shipping options quoted on this website are actual costs only and are quoted through Canada Post.  We have found Canada Post to be consistently the most cost effective alternative while still maintaining a high quality of service.

In Canada:
 
  1. Expedited Parcel - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take approximately 3 business days for delivery.  
  2. Regular Parcel Post - includes no insurance or tracking number, and takes 5 business days for delivery.  
  3. Additional Insurance - can be purchased for $2.00 per $100 in value. To arrange for additional insurance email us at support@ancientartsfibre.com
 
 
To the United States of America:
 
  1. Xpresspost - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and takes 2 - 3 days for delivery.
  2. Expedited Parcel - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take 4 - 8 business days for delivery.
  3. Tracked Packet - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take 4 - 7 business days for delivery.
  4. Small Packet Air - includes no insurance or tracking number, and will take 1 - 3 weeks for delivery (usually closer to 1 week, but times vary).
  5. Additional Insurance - can be purchased for $2.00 per $100 in value.  To arrange for additional insurance email us at support@ancientartsfibre.com

US customers may incur additional customs, duties and brokerage costs on orders greater than $200.  These additional costs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our invoice.

International (Outside Canada & USA):

  1. Small Packet International (Air) - includes no insurance or tracking number with delivery in 2 - 3 weeks.
  2. Tracked Packet International - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
  3. XPressPost International - includes a tracking number, $100 insurance and will take 5 business days for delivery.
  4. Additional Insurance - can be purchased on XPressPost International for $2.00 per $100 in value.  To arrange for additional insurance email us at support@ancientartsfibre.com

International customers may incur additional customs, duties and brokerage costs on importing product to your home country.
